Wellington Dzordzordzi

Wellington oversees the Business Development unit of CAL Asset Management where he champions the growth of the Corporate and Retail segments of the business, comprising pension and non-pension assets under management. Wellington is involved in managing high-level business relationships with several blue-chip firms spanning across manufacturing, mining, and information technology sectors. He also supervises business relationships with footprints in education, government and quasi-government institutions, etc.

Wellington joined CAL Asset Management from All-Time Capital Limited where he was a Senior Analyst, Business Development. He was very instrumental in the growth of the firm’s Retail and Corporate client base through the introduction of innovative ideas. He also worked in the Portfolio Management and Operations departments of the company.

He worked with the erstwhile Merchant Bank Ghana Limited as a Marketing Officer and later as a Bancassurance Officer.

Wellington holds an MSc (Finance and Accounting) from KNUST and MA (Monitoring and Evaluation) from GIMPA. He is a member of the Institute of Monitoring and Evaluation Practitioners, Ghana. He obtained BA (Sociology) from the University of Ghana,Legon.
He has an Executive Certificate in Pensions Management from the Pensions Academy, AUCC, a Single Diploma in Strategic Management from the ICM-UK and a certificate in Marketing Strategies for a Digital Economy, CEIBS. He is also licensed by the  Securities and Exchange Commission as an Investment Representative.
